Shipping policy

<p>Each REMUS Collection volume is hand-checked, slipcased, and packed in a custom box designed to protect the linen cover during transit.</p>

<h3>United States</h3>
<p>Complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Expected delivery within 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Expedited delivery is available at checkout for an additional $15.</p>

<h3>International</h3>
<p>International shipping is currently being expanded. To be notified when we ship to your region, write to <a href="mailto:contact@remus-collection.com">contact@remus-collection.com</a>.</p>

<h3>Processing time</h3>
<p>Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.</p>

<h3>Tracking</h3>
<p>You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. For any question regarding your shipment, write to <a href="mailto:contact@remus-collection.com">contact@remus-collection.com</a> with your order number.</p>

<h3>Damaged or lost parcels</h3>
<p>If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.</p>

<p>Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout. Add a personalized note in the order notes.</p>
