We want every REMUS volume to find its right home.

30-day returns

Unopened, undamaged volumes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping is not reimbursed, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How to initiate a return

Write to contact@remus-collection.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your returned volume is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
